Counting CD1

Hi there,

Just wondering how you count your day ones with AF?

For example - If you realised you got your AF at 11pm on Saturday, would you call Saturday your CD1? Or would you call Sunday (first full day) your CD1?

I'm exactly in this position and because I inject Gonal-F on CD6, not sure which day to start.
