feeling discouraged

I went for my weekly cervical check and the doctor said I'm not dilated or even close. She said the baby isn't even low! She then booked apts for me past my due date. Does anyone know of any ways to get the baby to drop into the pelvis? If he doesn't drop I won't even begin to dilate. I just fear being induced or having a c-section! I have two weeks left! Thank you
