What can I do to get baby to Sleep better. EBF

My daughter just turned 3 months Jan 22. She sleeps ok most nights, some nights she even sleeps 9 hours. But it seems more she wants to nurse alot. Maybe every 3 hours or 4.

She won't stay asleep in her rock and play. She just started sleeping NOT on my arm and on her Back on my king size bed. I can't seem to get her to sleep by herself for long at all. Even nap time some days she won't stay asleep. She's pretty gassy and i have a strong letdown. Any advice would be great. My first daughter slept through the night at 3 months by herself . But she was formula fed. I'm also having issues getting her to take a bottle...u have all this milk froze but she won't drink ugh. I can't go do anything without baby. Thanks ladies
