Tips to give a Woman that will be TTC again ??

What's some tips or advice to give a woman who just had a miscarriage and wants to try in a couple months?? What to stop doing ?? What vitamins to take ?? What to do or not to do ???

When I had my miscarriage may 8th 2016 it killed me, but I stopped taking over the counter pills when I was sick and drank orange juice took prenatal pills as well, on aug 2016 found out I was pregnant with my rainbow baby :) dr was shocked on how fast it happened so where we! But im now 29weeks 3 days and I still wont take any over the counter pills only orange juice and prenatal for me :)

I started taking a prenatal when ttc again. Also, I'd make sure that even if you're physically ready to try again, you're also mentally and emotionally ready. I lost mine in February of last year and kind of had a meltdown. It took me 4 months to finally accept what had happened and be fully ready to try again. I'm due next month with our rainbow boy 💙

Take vitamins. If you are over weight for your height age etc loose it, eat a healthy diet.  I had 3 miscarrages and even though I'm skinny. Once I changed my diet I got preg again and now I'm 30 weeks xx
