Menstrual cups?

Hey ladies👋🏻 what are ur opinions on menstual cups. Comfortable? Convenient? Recommended over pads and tampons? I wanna try one but idky why im kinda on edgand tbh alittle scared to... any help??

I love my Lunette cup. I feel like I'm always recommending it. It has shortened my period to 5 days instead of 7. I do not have to use pads as back up, and it is so much cleaner than pads and tampons. I have an extremely heavy period, and I only have to change it every four hours on my heaviest days. The size 2 holds 30 ml which is what most women lose during their entire period. I usually use the C fold. I seriously cannot praise it enough. It's better for the environment, lasts for years, is so much cleaner, can't feel it once it's in, and the list goes on and on. Take the plunge!
