Fur babies all over your tummy???

Love my sweet girl but shes really becoming irritating while pregnant:( she's always been a spoiled little dog, treated like the true baby she is, but I feel like I'm more aware of it now that I'm pregnant. She, as always, wants to be right on top of me and gets so excited and energetic when I come home after being gone any amount of time (she gets tons of attention and time, don't worry, never left alone too long) I worry about her hurting the baby though. Laying on my tummy usually feels fine, its just when she walks/jumps/moves onto it, if that makes sense. I love that she already cuddles her new baby sister but I worry about her being too rough on my sensitive tummy. Any other moms having this problem?
