Anxiety or not eating right things? Help pls

I was wondering if anyone could advise me on how I've been feeling...I've had anxiety always and had a nervous breakdown last year just before I got pregnant...when I was very anxious at that time I felt a bit light headed out of it and shaky...but that time I also wasn't eating well at all. I just feel extremely overwhelmed right now with my situation I feel so hopeless and maybe now I'm feeling this way a little these days again because of anxiety or would eating something particular help? Like maybe protein or some certain vitamin? Sorry I'm not very clear but I just need some help, I am alone wo my baby daddy so I feel everything is on me...so it gets very stressful and I'm on bed rest with a complicated pregnancy since four months and now I'm almost 24 wks but so worried abt my baby, I just want him to make it soooo bad and don't want my anxiety or difficulty eating to affect him, I feel so guilty(I am trying my very best to eat well for first time in my life but sometimes can't be sure if what I ate was enough and I'm always worrying if I'm not doing enough ). Anyone have experience with such symptoms and feelings? Any advice would be really appreciated, thanks ❤️
