over 50 app?
Been here a few years now tracking the onset of menopause. What a pain this has been. On, off, never on schedule, and I'm almost 53. Rarely have hot flashes anymore, but after 40+ years I am SO done. Does anyone use or know of a Glow type app that is geared more toward 45-65 and less about having babies and virginity? I'd appreciate it!
