HSG showed one coiled Fallopian tube...

Dana
Been TTC for 2 years now, just finished with my HSG today and one of my Fallopian tubes is coiled up and my doctor mentioned it could be endometriosis, but we would only know for sure if we did a laparoscopy. Since there was flow threw both tubes she said we could move on with IUI and Clomid next cycle. I've been doing some reading and many people say that with endo it's more effective to go straight to IVF. I don't know if I should opt for the laparoscopy to be sure and then decide or just go straight for IVF. Any suggestions?
