Pregnancy test says negative so wtf!😒😩

So lately I have been feeling way off. I am on birth control been on it for the longest now but I have switched brands about 4 times. So I started a new brand which as been going good so far and I am on my 2nd pack and I'm about to start my period next week. I can already feel is coming but this past week I have been very tired, weak and shaky & no I don't feel sick or nauseous but I feel weird maybe because my period is coming because I am breaking out alittle. Just like today my boobs hurt just alittle not a lot to were I am complaining so I am a VERY paranoid person. I decided to take a pregnancy test and it came back negative so now I'm like wtf is going on then. It might be the side effects from the pill or me starting my period soon. Also I do take my BC pill faithfully everyday never missed one.
