Does ANYONE have American Family Insurance?
I want to switch my form of birth control. Right now the insurance covers it with no copay.
I know I can call the American Family Insurance company, but I am on break at work (I'm 19 and a CNA).
My doctor told my that she wouldn't advice choosing the shot for long term because it decreases bone density. I tried the NuvaRing and I did not like it. The pill is fine, but I want a long term option.
And then there's the inplant in your arm.
So I'm between the implant in your arm (Implanon), and the IUD. (Mirena, Skyla, and Liletta). I think my clinic does Mirena?
How much does the implant and IUD cost with (American Family) Insurance?
Does anyone have that insurance that got one of these options?
I am also in nursing school and don't have too much money.
Thank you!
