boy troubles idk what to do?

So I've been talking to this guy and I'm starting to really like him, he likes me I like him but he legit shows no effort in like calling or texting and he just doesn't even say much anymore. I've tried explaining to him how I feel but he just doesn't seem to be getting it. When we talk he barely says much and I don't know what to do I've tried explaining my feelings and he kind of turns it around and makes me feel Guilty like I'm asking for to much. Help?!
