what should I do

I've been dating this guy I really like and he says he likes me too. His last relationship was a year and a half ago and he was in it for three years with this girl back when he lived in NY. He told me it didn't work out because they lost spark and he moved to here in Florida. I found his instagram and saw pics of his ex. And she looks like me. But I also saw how much he loved her and that she was "my soulmate ". Idk if I should ask why he still has them up. I don't even know if he's stringing me along. Should I bring it up?

If it really starts to bother you, don't hide your feelings. Just ask him. But, without knowing him, I couldn't tell you for sure, but it seems like he really does like you. Sometimes with serious relationships, it's hard to let go of certain aspects of them. But that doesn't mean he's not over it. I wouldn't stress too much over it. ☺

Sometimes seeing the person you love with anyone else makes you very upset & question things. But trust me, if he moved that far from her and told you they just lost there spark. Then I don't see any other reason to bring her back up. The last thing you should do is be that girl that brings things back up that's happened in the past. You gotta look at it like this. If he wanted to be with her, he would still be there with her, But he's there with you. Maybe the pictures are still there because he hasn't thought about them since they separated. Who knows, he may have forgotten about them. It's okay to feel upset but don't let it ruin what you & him have now. Unless there talking or interacting with each other I see no valid reason to ask questions about his past. Just my  opinion!

When you're in a relationship for that long words are said and I'm sure there were a lot of strong feelings there for this girl at one time. But it seems like he's moved on with you, especially seeing as he's moved such a distance. Honestly I still have pics up of my ex and I on Facebook even though we've been apart for 2 years now. Reason being because I've just been too lazy to go through everything and take them down. It sounds like he's moved on and is happy with you so I wouldn't worry too much!
