Pcos driving me crazy

Hi ladies im new to glow. My name is Chae. My husband and I have been ttc for 4 years. I have pcos and its driving me crazy. I have a daughter that 16 and has a daughter that 9. What are something that i can do to get this pcos under control. I have been to the doctor, been on all the med which make me feel sick so i stop taking them. So Im changed some of my eating and try to get some type of exercising when I'm not working.
