Stretch Marks

I have gave this advice so many times & I wanted to show you all that it's not ALWAYS hereditary! Baby #1 I got 2 teeny little lines the last week of my pregnancy. Baby #2 I was covered by 4/5 mo!! This one I'm 31 wks & just the old ones. This pic is me w babies 2 & 3 at same time. I drink lots of water & exercise (it's my job & I usually don't want to lol) I combine coconut oil (get the unrefined kind) w maybe a tsp of glycerine. (Glycerine is in most moisturizers- it pulls moisture from the air into deeper layers of ur skin) I put in little bottle & when I shower I leave it laying where the water runs, so it will melt it. You can use it as a solid.. My BF just digs his hand into the jar. (We discovered our mutual ❤️ for coconut oil on our first date 😍😂) I use all over my body, but not on my face. I wash hands off after & just dry off. I also take a tsp of coconut oil daily. There's tons of benefits I just read about for baby. But I do it so I can poo! Add it to a cup of coffee & keeps my lips soft & my bowels regular! 😂😂
***Be careful about putting it on ur face. I love skincare oils, but coconut breaks me out***
