miscarriage

So today I called the hospital to get my results of my blood work and it confirmed that my hcg levels have dropped. When I went to the ER because of bleeding but it never filled up a whole pad and stopped not even a few hours after leaving the hospital. My hcg level were at 8610 and yesterday they were at 8051 and I was at 7 weeks. They told me I'm miscarrying my baby. Idk how to feel right now 😔
