Bleeding

This might be TMI. My significant other and I had sex a few days ago and I bled just a little bit after. My OB said not to worry. I've been constipated for most of the pregnancy (3 months along) and today I was able to poop and I bled a little bit from my vagina. I called my doctor but once again, he said it is normal sometimes. However, I'm worried. Seems like any pressure down there makes me bleed but baby is fine, active and heart rate is superb. Could I have an issue with my cervix? I feel dumb because my doctor isn't worried however I think I need to get checked out. And before everyone tells me to go to the ER, (I will end up doing that if it continues) I am posting this just to see if anyone has experienced this or knows what the issue potentially could be. I'm not looking to hear a lecture about going to the ER. Thanks :)
