UPDATE: very faint line during time frame and now the line is more noticeable?

I took a test and during time frame there was a very faint line and now after the time frame there is a darker line. Can you help? I will post pictures so y'all can look and tell me what you think? UPDATE!! so I took another test this morning and there is a line on the new test as well. I will post pictures of my new test in the comments. Please tell me what you think.
