My son was put on Neocate by the hospital two weeks ago as they think he has a dairy allergy, sadly this meant I had to stop breast feeding. The paediatrician told me that it makes their poo a blackish green and she was right, his looks the same as yours x

My son was on neocate his poos were exactly like this. They firmed and changed colour once solids were introduced.

Hi maria! I just started on neocate for my 4mo a couple weeks ago. I mixed it with breast milk and then fading to all neocate. Yes the poop changes to greenish in colour although not as dark as your LO. Its written on the neocate website somewhere that indeed the poop will be green in colour and less in frequency. Hows your LO taking neocate? It smells like potato peel 😓

It's looks like the formula that you are using is giving her green poop. I would change the formula or look so someone that has breast milk they are giving away.
