Burning while urinating

I got tested for chlamydia and that came back negative. I've been with the same man (my boyfriend) for over two years. I've never had any symptoms of an STD. Now I'm pregnant and it burns when I pee and itches down there sometimes. I got tested for some STDs just to be safe and they came back negative. What if it was a false negative? I'm paranoid.
