is this LH surge?

Hey guys I have PCOS and am TTC baby #1, I just started using these OPKs and they're a little confusing. The pic is of CD 25,26 in the middle and 27 on the bottom. Did I have LH surge on CD 26? 27? The others I've taken the test line is always less prominent than the test on the top-- but none are quite as dark as the control line? Help appreciated! Thank you!
