Weird pain

So this is really strange, it's never happened with my two other kids. If I cough too hard or sneeze too hard I'll get a super bad pain across my abdominal area, it kinda feels like a contraction it's so weird. I do have an appointment Wednesday for a regular checkup. I just want to see if anyone else had this and if they know what it is our if I should be concerned? Thanks in advance.
