I am a loyal shakeology fan! I drink it every day. I was wondering if anyone does? I am only 4w3d and have talked to people Who drink at their whole pregnancy. I was just wondering if anybody else had opinions on it? I don't go see my doctor until about nine weeks so I'm just trying to make the best decisions possible

I would keep your normal routine and when you see your doctor go over everything. You should be good. 👍🏻

I'm a Beachbody coach and love Shakeology. Are you taking prenatal vitamins? If you are, I wouldn't recommend doing both since it's too much of the vitamins needed. I would stick to the prenatal vitamins and maybe drink it twice a week. Best thing is ask your doctor. Try calling the clinic and consult over the phone.

Definitely ask your doctor, mine told me no. My sisters told her yes. Take the bag to your doctor with you and have them look at it.

You don't need to listen to anyone on here. You need to take the ingredients list from your shake and show your doctor, who will then make the right call for you. I've heard good things and some not so good things from it. Just get your doctor's opinion at your first check up.
