I feel like I've been kicked in the crotch and it hurts to walk. I have pain radiating down to my feet. I've taken ibuprofen and midol but NOTHING is helping. What do you do?

I wish I could answer your question. But I've never ever had period cramps before and don't know what they're like. My sister on the other hand gets very bad cramps. She uses a heating pad and soaks in a hot bath

Hot shower, warm herbal teas (chamomile is a fav), heat pad on your tummy, sleep, cry, watch a good movie, meditate, yoga, or a combination of any and all of these. You're not alone girl. Good luck! ❤🙏
