20 weeks milk coming in?

Omg guys I just freaked out a little haha. My boobs started leaking out of literally nowhere! mostly clear but the left one only has quite a bit of white coming out. Should I be concerned at all that I'm losing good nutrients for baby or is this a good sign? 😅

It's not really good or bad. Just happens. Anything you're leaking your boobs will make again. Your baby will still get all the good stuff

It's just colostrum-the stuff your baby will be drinking the first couple days of life before your actual milk comes in. Totally normal. I've been leaking on and off for about 10 weeks now(since 25 weeks). It seems to happen more when I don't wear a bra and my nipples rub on my shirt.

Completely normal! I'm 24 weeks and this started happening to me at 22 weeks. The first time it happened definitely caught me by surprise!! 😄
