Valentine's day

My husband and I have been on edge with each other lately because we've had to move in with my grandma for a month while we are in the process of getting another place at the end of February so it's just a tight space he just started working third shift so we have some tension just stress , we have a budget I don't know what to do for Valentine's day it's hard to think of anything thoughtful at the moment cause sometimes he makes me really mad but I love him and even though were on a budget I want to do something .....or get him something or make something but I mean were on a TIGHT budget .....any advice?
