Abnormal pap smear before pregnancy?

So a couple months ago I was experiencing some symptoms of BV, I went to my OBGYN and got a pap smear and urine test and she said I did have BV so she prescribed me an antibiotic and I finished that and It went away. However, I got a call when my lab results came back saying my pap smear was abnormal (abnormal cells on my cervix probably from the HPV virus) She schedule me to come in to do like a vinegar wash thing (not exactly sure?) but when they tested my urine like they always do, they found out I was 5 weeks pregnant. So she sent me home and said they weren't going to do whatever they were planning on and sent me home.

Now my question is, are they never going to address this issue? Do I have HPV? Does my boyfriend need to go get tested and get medicine? Does this affect the baby?? Please help 😫 I have my next OB appointment on Feb 20th for my ultrasound so if you know any questions for me to ask please share!
