someone "took" our name 😭😭

We live in a small rural community, and school class are very small ranging from 4 to 12 kids. So we have been keeping tabs on who else is expecting/having babies so we will have an idea who our kid will go to school with

well some one just had a baby boy and the name they chose was the boy name we had picked 😭😭 and I don't know if we should keep the name IF we have a boy and have him share a name with another kid in his grade or think of a different one

Edit-his classmates in kindergarten will be his classmates he graduates high school with (unless kids move here/away)
