gave bf nudes

I have given my bf alot of nudes in the past but recently I have decided I am going to break up with him. He used to have a file filled with all of his ex's nudes, like I'm talking at least 6 girls, but I made him delete them if we were going to be together. I'm scared he won't delete mine even if I ask, and might possibly try to sell them. Do any of you know what a good way would be to handle this? Thank you for the advice.
