My newborn doesn't want to eat and cries if Dad isn't holding her.

She's only a day old but my newborn doesn't want anything to do with breastfeeding since about 12 hours ago and is constantly crying unless her Dad is holding her. Am I trying too hard when I try breastfeeding her every 2 hours? Is it because I wear a sleeping bra during skin to skin? Is it because he's gotten more time with her since hes been letting me rest? Feeling a little rejected here..
