marriage talk ☹️

So my boyfriend and I were talking about marriage. I want to get married and have a traditional marriage. He, on the other hand, says that he doesn't want to ruin things by getting married; That once people get married everything gets fucked up and it's not the same anymore. Idk how to feel about this. I know marriage is still quite a while away in my eyes, but the way he feels about it worries me. Am I over thinking things😰
