Thick milky white discharge 13dpo. sign of pregnancy??

Hey you guys, can somebody help me? I have been having stretchy egg white cervical mucus for the last few days and my period is due 6th feb. Today( one day before period) i had thick white, milky CM (it wasnt too thick but wasnt watery as well). Is it a sign of pregnancy? I am having some cramps too for the last few days. Please help! I am really hoping that it is a good sign. Haven't taken a test yet.
