what happens when you're banned?

I saw the post about some guy getting banned..anyone know who it was? And does the account get shut down?  Just curious

I think if you are banned, I'm pretty sure your account is deleted, but if suspended then it's temporarily. (Most sites have a difference between suspending and banning accounts. I haven't looked into it for this app)

Your account will be banned for like 3 days and then you can go back on it and follow people and reply to posts.
