preeclampsia in future pregnancies?

I had severe preeclampsia my first pregnancy and was curious how many of you did or did not have it in other pregnancies if you had it in your first pregnancy. I'd like to eventually have another kid but a little concerned about the possibility of having another repeat. Was wanting to hear your experiences!

I had it in my first pregnancy at about 30 weeks I was admitted to hospital and had my daughter at 34 weeks. 14 years later I had it in my second pregnancy it started with pregnancy induced hypertension my blood pressure slowly crept up from around 30 weeks which I was given medication for about 36 weeks, I eventually developed pre-eclampsia at 38 weeks and my daughter was born at 38+6. This pregnancy my blood pressure has been perfect no problems so far I'm 36+3 so nearly classed as full term. I'm confident I won't be developing high blood pressure or pre-eclampsia this pregnancy. I dont think I would have done with my 2nd pregnancy if there wasn't such a big age gap between my 1st and 2nd daughter. They say if it's over 10 years it's like having a 1st pregnancy. I was prescribed a low dose of aspirin in my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy which I think has helped and I'm having a boy this time so the pregnancy is completely different I have not put on hardly any weight this time.

My aunt had preeclampsia with her first child and then with her next two pregnancies she didn't. I don't think that just because you had it once you will have it again but you could be at a higher risk for it

My stepmom had it with her first, but was f be with her second.

I do not have it in my second one. I was 27 when I first showing signs and diagnosed at 35 weeks officially with it (mild case) I'm currently 31 weeks and not a single sign.
