Teaching dog not to take baby toys.

My spoiled (but sweet) husky has a bit of resource guarding and anxiety issues regarding new toys. I decided to put out some baby toys to see how she'd react. She didn't take them because I told her no but sat next to them the whole time. I moved them to my coffee table and now she's crying and whining. I know if I left the room long enough she'd steal them right off the table and wouldn't give them back.

Has this happened to anyone? Baby hasn't arrived yet but I would like to work out this issue before he comes.
