TMI!! picture included! Need help please!

My last AF visit was 12/30 through 1/2. This period was normal. I went to the doctors on 1/16 for a checkup and she usually does a pregnancy test just because we are actively TTC. It was negative. According to glow my fertile week was 1/19 through 1/25. My DH and I BD'd 2 times that period. On 1/27 I had very light brown/pink spotting that lasted through 1/29. The spotting was only when I wiped. It was so faint my DH and I did the BD again on the 27th. Around the 29th and 30th I had nausea and lower abdominal cramping which has since went away. AF was due 1/2 and is now 3 days late. I've had no signs of her arrival either. I've taken numerous hpt with no clear positive. Today I had sticky, clear CM and have been urinating frequently. Anyone have any inputs or suggestions. I'm so tired of taking hpt and getting a BFN. I can't get into my doctor until the 16th again. I just need to put my mind to rest. Has this happened to anyone else?! 😟
