what's wrong with me ?!

I am so frustrated as i got my AF today ☹️. We've been TTC for almost 5 months. Before this, i've been under contraception pills for a whole year. I went to see my primary phisican for my annual and talked her about it, she doesn't want us to take it seriously until we spend a whole year trying since iam just 27years old and my DH is 33y. My blood analysis showed that my hormones level is normal, my period time is very regular and my ovulation is the same thing, DH in the other hand is being lazy about seeing his doctor and getting defensive when i talk it out,  i just want to know what the heck is going on ?! 

Ive been looking into Vitex, as i see good reviews on it, but then what if the issue is not coming from me !!!
