What to expect at my first fertility appointment?

My husband and I are going to our first appointment on Wednesday and I'm nervous because I have no idea what to expect. I was given general information so I have no idea what will happen or if I need to bring anything in particular to help the doctor. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Make sure you have any records from your OB sent over, make sure you are ready to give all your medical history and family medical history, and be prepared to sit down and talk with dr with any questions you have. They will probably do consult, blood draw, and vaginal ultrasound. Good luck!

This is what I had done on my first appointment:-
Bloods
Swabs taken 
Vaginal examination 
History of cycles and if & how I was tracking ovulation 
Partner was booked in for a sperm analysts and I was booked in for :-
A ultrasound 
Bloods on cycle days 3, 21 and 30
Then went back found all them were normal so was booked in and had a hsg done
