Baby has a cold

What do I do for her? Everyone says I don't need to take her to the doctor for a cold. She doesn't have a fever but I'm terrified about it turning into RSV. I'm just miserable because I know she's miserable. I have to leave her three days a week and idk how I'm going to do it. Idk what to do. 😭 humidifier? Medicine? What do I do? I just want her to feel better.
