Period Dos and Don'ts ? I want to hear from you all

So ladies when it comes to your periods. I know everyone has a difference experience with theirs . Mine happens to be extremely painful the first 3-4 days. If I don't take any pain meds I will definitely die  lol. Not to mention the unusual increase in bathroom trips 💦💦🤢💩. So ladies I want to know what do you do to help cope with your period symptoms?? Pain meds? At home remedies? Do you have any symptoms? PLEASE COMMENT BELOW ✨✨✨❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️✨✨✨✨❣️✨✨✨✨✨❣️❣️✨✨✨✨✨✨❣️

Oh, and don't lay in bed when you have cramps.. I remember my school nurse telling me that laying down makes it worse because it's on your mind but when I have cramps that's all I can do 😩 keep yourself busy!

Girl! I'm the same way about.. the day before I start I'll have cramps, day 1 and day 2 is the WORST FOR ME! But take a hot bath for about 45 to an hour it helps with me! And I heard drinking pickle juice helps. 😜

I usually don't take anything unless it's unbearable, but sometimes I'll just have a hot water bottle with me for the night

I smoke, but only smoke girl scout cookies strand, I get a hot water bottle and have my s.o. rub my stomach and abdomen.  When I'm off I do squats and sit-ups as much as possible so when I come back on my cramps won't hurt as bad. And let me tell you my cramps are so bad I vomit, get light headed to the point I can't stand at all and I have to take giant ( horse pills) hydros

I usually don't take anything, even when I feel like I'm dying 😩from the pain. Idk I don't like taking meds that often only when I get really sick. I just go for tea. And avoid cold drinks. 🙂 lay on the bed and ask my husband to rub my belly 😁
