How much can birth control do to my body? i'm stressin

Hi guys. first off please don't judge. so i had unprotected sex w my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago, which i know isn't responsible. however i also just started the pill 2 months ago. he didn't come inside me or anything (not sure about precum), but i'm still nervous. i'm not supposed to get my period for about 15 days according to eve. but my boobs have hurt all month and i'm spotting. should i be concerned or could it just be that my body is adjusting to the birth control? Can birth control make my boobs hurt and make me spot??? Thanks!
