birth control help

So I had the Skyla IUD for about 4-5 months and ended up having it removed after multiple cysts and severe pain. I am now on Lo Loesterin (other words a low dose birth control pill) but I need other options. I hate the stress of taking it everyday. I've heard some things about the arm implant both good and bad. I'm looking for suggestions. Thank you all in advance!
