something's gotta give..

I'm desperate for a response. Iv been spotting for 5 days now I had one red spotting on Friday night and one red spotting Saturday night in between this times I had a light brown spotting as well as Sunday. Yesterday and today I had dark brown spotting but it won't stop everytime I wipe it just there. I'm a first time mom and exactly 12 weeks today idk what's happening had anyone had this and baby was ok??? Btw I'm calling to make an urgent appointment today to make sure it's all ok but I just need some closur until they open and I can call.
