My baby girl just turned 7months and is getting 2 teeth at the same time?  Ummm...  I'm so new at this..  Lol..  Please some insight?

That is very common :) I have 3 kiddos, and son #1 and son #2 both got all their teeth in pairs. Son #3 (6.5 months) has been teething for a while, but his teeth haven't cut gum yet. But I bet they will likely pop out two at a time like his brothers' did.

7 months is exactly when they are supposed to come. My babes were in by 5 months and I was shocked!
