Mirena

I had my mirena inserted yesterday, and I felt dizzy during it. The nurse assured me that it was pretty normal and told me I would have cramps for a few hours. I had some pain and cramps but they lingered on all day. I was getting intimate with my husband and all of the sudden I had a sharp pain in my uterus. I feel like I know that it's there, and I've felt a slight pain that goes in and out. Has anyone had the mirena and did you feel the same symptoms? How long did that last?
