losing 100 pounds

How did YOU lose the weight?! I weighed about 240 at my last appointment. I have PCOS and the weight is nearly impossible to get off, and I gain weight easier than everyone I know. My main goal is to be below 200 pounds but ultimately, for my height, I need to be 160 max. Right now I'm cheating on my days off work, as my husband and I still enjoy going out to eat and having dinner with my family. During the week, I typically have a smoothie for breakfast, a turkey or grilled chicken sandwich for lunch, and dinners are usually vegan tacos, veggie and chicken stir fry, or something with shrimp. I don't work out, I have a very mentally strenuous job so I struggle with that part. If I keep eating healthy like this, will I eventually reach a healthy weight? Or is it impossible without going to the gym? Any reccomendations for healthy meals or fast and simple workout routines appreciated!!
