how much does someone in the navy give for child support

Okay so my boyfriend is in the navy stationed in another state than our daughter and I. We are together. She is now 2 months old (11 weeks). He's about to go on a 9 month long deployment, he's going to be sending me money every month for her since I am a stay at home mom while he's gone. He hasn't sent me any yet due to him being last minute deployed right after birth.. but that was only for a few weeks.. since he still hasn't. He hasn't offered help either. He's only ever bought her one case of diapers and formula and thought that was enough. He brought up giving me money monthly and asked for a price.. im a ftm so I'm new to this... A lot of you told me I should as for between 300-400$ for child support; so I did and he told me he can't give me that much... he knows I don't work and am the only one here to take care of her. It's about 250-300$ alone for water, wipes, diapers, and formula each month.. that's not even including soaps, lotions, meds, rash creams, clothes, toys, or baby food yet.... if he has a price limit idek why he asked.. And that I don't have the money to provide for her much longer on my own like I have.. he's been acting weird lately and giving me the cold shoulder.. he wants to send the money to my bank account every month. I feel like he's trying to avoid how much he should be paying Me with real child support and going to court. Idek his rank or pay or anything because he doesn't tell me. All I know is he's a EN.  I'm wondering how much have you Navy/military spouses gotten for child support from your SO? This just doesn't seem right to me.. Thank you!
