pregnancy test at doctor's office vs. home

I'm just wondering if urine tests at the doctor's office are more sensitive than the home tests. I just went to be doctor for something else and while I was there asked them to do a pregnancy test because I had suspicions... technically I'm not late yet, and AF is due on the 11th...but to my shock and surprise they said it was positive!! I'm elated! However, I just did a home test so I can see it with my own two eyes and it looks negative to me... I really want to tell hubby that I'm pregnant tonight but now I'm unsure... what do you think?
