Am I having a good pregnancy?

Feeling confused and a little worried. It's my first pregnancy I'm 5 weeks, had my first sono but they couldn't see anything not even a sac. I had a blood test done the hormones are there, I haven't had any cramping or spotting. I'm praying it's not ectopic or even a chemical pregnancy. Trying not to worry too much, just needed to get this off my chest don't want to make my husband worried either.
