bleeding...:(

So long story short I have been seeing blood on stool and when I wipe since my pregnancy, and my daughter is now almost 8 months old. I had internal and external hemmorhoids from labor and dont have the best eating habits so i assumed it was just taking a long time to go away, or anal fissures.. but i feel like i should go get it checked out bc im starting to really worry. My question is where would you go? I dont have a primary dr, would you call a gastroenterologist or a random family dr in your area?? Thanks!!!
